Track your order – from purchase to delivery!

Our new “Track your Order” functionality will give you easy access to track the status of your orders with Blackwoods.

You will now be able to follow the journey of your order from being picked, to being dispatched, to arriving at your door.

Account Number* Please enter the account number

Track your order by hovering on the “Track Order” icon and filling in your Order and Account number into the relevant fields. For more information please refer below to FAQ #1.

Shipment Summary will show the delivery date and status of your order from Order Picked, to Order Dispatched, to Order Delivered.

Click on Shipment Report & POD to find your Proof Of Delivery (POD).

To view your recent orders visit My Account >> Orders >> Shipment Tracking

    A) You can find the Sales Order Number and Account Number at the top right corner of the order confirmation email.
    A) No, you can either use Sales Order Number or a Purchase Order Number.
    A) Sales order confirmation email will be sent to the email address which was updated/used in your profile details at the time of placing order.
    A) Your order is waiting in the processing queue, you will receive the sales order confirmation email after the order is processed.
    A) You can find the Sales Order Number in the order summary screen which is named as Order Reference Number.
    A) Yes, you can track orders delivered all over Australia.
    A) No, it generally takes 20-30 minutes to receive your sales order confirmation email once the order is processed in our system.
    A) You can track your order by hovering over the 'Track Order' icon located at the top right of the page.
    A) “Order Picked” means you order has been picked for packing inside the warehouse.
    A) “Order Dispatched” means your order has been packed and dispatched from the warehouse.
    A) “Ready to Collect” means the click and collect order is now ready for pickup in the respective warehouse.
    A) The dashboard displays a list of recently dispatched & delivered orders.
    A) Yes, orders can be tracked without being logged in by entering your Sales Order Number/Purchase Order Number and your account number.
    A) Yes, all users from the account will be able to track once they login to their respective accounts.
    A) You can either click on “Back to Shipment Dashboard” on the top right corner of the page, or you can click on “Shipment Tracking” under “Orders” in the Shipment Summary page.
    A) If your order is divided into multiple orders and picked/dispatched on different dates, you will receive them in multiple consignments, and the shipment summary will display multiple consignment numbers.
    A) Yes, clicking on Open Order/Dispatched/Delivered will take you to the Order Status page.
    A) Yes, you can track an individual product in the Track Item section in the Order Details page.
