Rapp-it Pipe Repair System now comes in five convenient sizes, ranging from 50mm to 100mm wide and 3.6m to 9m long. The Rapp-it Pipe Repair System includes a woven fiberglass bandage, nitrile gloves and a 90mm stick of two-part epoxy putty, which becomes active when kneaded. The putty is applied prior to the bandage, into holes or cracks which then combined with the bandage, results in a superior temporary repair.

The Rapp-it Pipe Repair System is effective on all types of rigid pipes, including poly, PVC, steel, rubber and concrete, withstanding heat up to 150°C and pressure up to 360 psi and designed to repair the wide range of pipe types and conditions that are faced on mine sites and construction projects.

Rapp-it Pipe Repair is Australian and New Zealand Potable Water Standard compliant (AS/NZS 4020:2018), and can be safely applied on drinking water lines. All pressure and temperature specifications are tested at Australian University Labs and is NATO certified.
