Learning & Development team

As part of our ongoing strategy to continually develop our people and our teams, we have recently appointed three Learning & Development Managers to support our branch network.

The Learning & Development Managers will work closely with our people and management teams to establish individual training requirements and to form a consistent framework to implement across all branches Nationally.

These newly created positions are a very exciting development for Protector Alsafe and we look forward to the contribution of these roles in providing greater knowledge and customer service skills for our people and, ultimately to our customers.

Protector Alsafe Albury enjoying new branch facilities

After many years of planning, the team at Protector Alsafe Albury has moved into its brand new branch. It features a large 240m 2 showroom with a 12m long trade counter that sales staff and customers can both sit at while orders are processed. The branch warehouse features long-span shelving with maximum 1.8m high shelves which enables products to be picked safely without the use of stock picker ladders or safety steps. Offering Workplace Safety Training, Protector Alsafe Training & Services is also prominently featured with a 290m 2 training area featuring a 90m 2 training room.
